Setup: August 15, 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Showcase: August 16 & 17, please view the schedule here. 

Teardown: August 17, by 6 p.m.

The vendor showcase will be in the Price Center West Ballroom. 

All booths are:

• 10′ wide X 10′ deep
• one 8′ high backdrop drapery
• one 3′ high side-divider drapery - (not necessary)
• one 6′ skirted table
• internet access and electricity
• 2 chairs

If you plan to ship booth items to campus ahead of the event, your materials are due on campus by Jul 26, 2022.

We will NOT ship back materials. Please make sure your representatives know that they are responsible for getting any tabletop displays, tablecloths, banners or any other reusable items. Anything not claimed will be recycled. Here is the best way to ship items back from UC San Diego. 

If you are sending materials to UC San Diego ahead of the conference send to:

Raffle prize due on Jul 26, 2022

All platinum, gold and silver sponsors are required to bring a raffle prize in the amount of $300. We will host the raffle in the vendor showcase.

If you plan to send your raffle ahead of time, please have it shipped to arrive on campus no later than July 26.
